  • How do I apply for coverage?
    • You may apply online or give us a call at 800-640-7601.  Our office hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Eastern.
  • What information is required for a quote?
    • Completed application
    • 5 years of loss information
    • Resume or work history if less than 2 years in the industry
  • In what states is coverage available?
    • Coverage is available in all states.
  • Is your Program admitted?
    • Our program is non-admitted written through an A rated carrier.
  • Are your rates competitive?
    • The coverages offered are not only broad but very reasonably priced.
  • Do you provide coverage for home inspectors new to the business?
    • Yes, we require a resume or summary of the inspector's work history prior to quoting.  In order to be eligible the inspector needs a minimum of 2 years of experience or have at least 3 years of relevant building construction work experience. (If no resume is available, you can complete the resume form.)
  • What makes you different from other E&O providers?
    • Our staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced.  We are always looking for ways to improve our policy to meet the ever changing needs of the home inspector industry.
  • How long does it take to get a quote and bind coverage?
    • In most cases, we are able to bind coverage within 24 hours of receiving your application, signed acceptance of the quotation and bind request, along with outstanding items specified in the “Conditions” section of your quotation.
  • Do you offer any legal guidance or other help to minimize the possibility of a lawsuit? 
    • Appraisers insured in our program have access to a Pre-claim Assistance Hotline.
